Who helps run Plainbooking

NUVIX STUDIO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16287603), with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE operates Plainbooking. We use the providers below for specific functions. They are subprocessors where they process venue information for us; some also process their own account or service-security information under their own privacy terms.

We do not send every provider every record. Public-site hosting is separate from the booking database. This list describes services in use, not planned integrations.

Hostinger — application hosting

Hosts the application, booking database and on-server encrypted recovery copies. This includes venue, account, booking and operational records. Hosting and support arrangements are described in Hostinger’s data-processing addendum. Contact us for the current server-region and transfer details relevant to your agreement.

Netlify — public website hosting

Delivers the public marketing, help and legal pages. It receives ordinary website requests, including IP address and browser/request information. We do not host the private booking database there. Its infrastructure is distributed internationally; see Netlify’s Trust Centre for its data-processing agreement and subprocessor information.

Cloudflare — DNS and form protection

Provides domain services and Turnstile checks on protected forms. Security checks process browser, device and network signals. Cloudflare operates a global network; see its data-processing addendum and Turnstile privacy information.

Brevo — service email

Delivers account verification, password reset, invitation and booking messages. It processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information. Brevo describes its database storage in the European Union, including France, Germany and Belgium, in its data-storage information. Its own subprocessors and support arrangements also apply.

Google Workspace — support correspondence

Hosts Plainbooking support email and related correspondence. It receives details you or your venue include in messages and attachments; it is not the application’s booking database. Processing can be international under Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

Transfers, changes and questions

The service is not limited to UK-only processing. Provider links explain available contractual and transfer arrangements; they do not mean every optional certification or service applies to our account. Ask support@plainbooking.com for the arrangements applicable to your venue.

We will update this list as services change. Any contractual notice or objection rights are governed by the venue’s data-processing agreement. Payment, AI and messaging integrations will be added here before we use them to process venue data.
