Request approval
Requests hold their date. Staff approve or decline, and the guest hears back by email.
Blocked dates
Close a day or a single date with a note for the team. Guests can’t request it.
Staff logins and two-step sign-in
Invite-only accounts for each teammate, with authenticator-app sign-in they turn on themselves.
CSV export
Download bookings for any date range. Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Is Plainbooking available now?
You can create an account now and set up your venue. Publishing a booking page needs approved pilot access, which we arrange with you. Public paid plans haven’t launched yet. You can also try the sample workspace or contact us.
Do guests pay through Plainbooking?
Not yet. Guest payments are still being decided. Today a request holds the date until your team approves or declines it.
How will billing work?
Plans and prices haven’t been published yet. Pilot venues agree terms with us first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Does the demo save anything?
No. The demo on this site uses sample data in your browser tab, sends nothing and resets when you reload.
