Is Plainbooking available now?
You can create an account now and set up your venue. Publishing a booking page needs approved pilot access, which we arrange with you. Public paid plans haven’t launched yet. You can also try the sample workspace or contact us.
Do guests pay through Plainbooking?
Not yet. Guest payments are still being decided. Today a request holds the date until your team approves or declines it.
Can each staff member have their own login?
Yes. Every teammate is invited individually and can turn on an authenticator app for two-step sign-in.
Can we bring our existing bookings?
Spreadsheet import is planned. We review your file with you first and only import once you’ve checked the result.
How will billing work?
Plans and prices haven’t been published yet. Pilot venues agree terms with us first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Does the demo save anything?
No. The demo on this site uses sample data in your browser tab, sends nothing and resets when you reload.
