Why individual logins

Each person signs in as themselves. That keeps passwords private and shows who approved, declined or blocked what.

Invite someone

  1. Open Team and choose Invite.
  2. Enter their name and email address.
  3. They receive an email with a link to set their password.

When someone leaves

Remove their access from Team. Their past decisions stay on record.
