Import is planned

Spreadsheet import is on the way. We review your file with you first, and you see a preview before anything is saved. Preparing the file now makes that quicker.

One booking per row

  1. Date, in one column, in the same format on every row.
  2. Start time, if your bookings have one.
  3. Guest or group name.
  4. Number of people.
  5. Status: requested, confirmed or declined.
  6. Contact email or phone, and any notes.

Tidy before you send

Remove totals rows, merged cells and colour-only information. If a colour meant something, add it as a word in the notes column.
