How tour requests work

Visitors choose a date and tell you the size of their group. The date is held while your team checks guides, rooms and timings, then approves or declines.

Set it up

  1. Decide whether you run one tour per date or several slots in a day.
  2. Set the largest group size you can take in one request.
  3. Block dates when the venue is closed or a private event is on.
  4. Share your booking page with schools, groups and visitors.

Ask only what you need to decide: group size, a contact, and anything about access or ages that affects the visit.
